FOR THE HAND USE:

       Plug power cord into the outlet , and put the power switch on.

       36W/54W switch function : the default power rating is 54W,press the 

        button for 3-5s, the power rating is decreased to 36W

       Press time buttons 10s 30s 60s.

       Put the hand into the lamp , then the light will be on automatically.

       The lamp will stop after end of setting time.

       If you want to prolong the curing time , put your hand into the lamp again,

       the sensor will be activated and the lamp  will be working again.

FOR THE FOOT USE:

       Remove base plate then put foot into the lamp will work automatically.

       The other operation is same as the hand use.
